Renters are invited to enjoy and participate in all the various features and amenities of our community, and to observe our spirit of neighborly consideration and respect.

El Mirador is a small community of 40 unique townhomes nestled in the Catalina Foothills, and designed by award-winning architect, John Campisano. We are fortunate to have an active and engaged Board of Directors and community volunteers - are dedicated to maintaining the quality of our homes and our lifestyle. Community life includes social activities and assistance efforts. Our Neighborhood Watch Committee encourages safe and mindful living.

Our community amenities include a huge pool, spa, ramada, plus a free lending library in the pool area. You'll enjoy strolling through our natural, peaceful grounds or participating in community events that are fun and energetic!
